KIM DONER is a native Oklahoman who loves everything about books, especially writing and illustrating them. Buffalo in the Mall
is her third book, and her award-winning work has been shown nationally through galleries and juried shows.
Kim tours schools to present how books are made, from the story idea to the artwork to the finished product. With her two
teenagers and five furry pets, she calls her present life “hairy, but lots of fun.”
